Dales Playing Surfaces have replaced the ‘GripperRods’ and restretched the carpet to provide a playing speed of 17+ seconds. Also they have installed Safety Hand Rails at each end to provide easier access to the playing surface.
It is intended to to re-number the rinks from 1 -6 to 6 -1, this is to assist the computer programme to maximise rink usage.
